Bold leadership doesn’t require perfection. it requires presence.
Hey, I’m Chrissy.
I grew up in the cornfields — small town, big heart, and a front-row seat to what real work looks like. Nothing in my life has followed a clean timeline or a traditional path. I’ve navigated fertility journey, body image battles, marriage growth, career pivots, and leadership at the highest levels — often all at once.
My career’s taken me from the locker room to the boardroom, building revenue, leading culture, and helping teams find their rhythm. But the work I care most about is the stuff underneath all that — the conversations people avoid, the tension most leaders carry alone, the permission to be a human in the middle of it all.
What I bring to the table isn’t theory — it’s lived experience. I created the ACRA framework to help people lead through the real stuff: with self-awareness, curiosity, resilience, and aligned, authentic action. Whether I’m speaking on stage or walking alongside someone in a tough season, I’m here to challenge, support, and build something that actually lasts.
I’ve built companies, scaled teams, and carried life behind the scenes.
This work meets women where they’re leading and where they’re tired.
And it meets men who are ready to lead with more intention, curiosity, and trust.
I’ve been in the room.
Every room taught me something…
…here’s who I’ve walked with over the years:
MY BELIEFS
PRESENCE > PERFECTION
WOMEN RISING without performing or competing
MEN LEADING WITH CURIOSITY + COURAGE alongside us
YOUR IDENTITY is bigger than your job title
YOU DON’T NEED ALL THE ANSWERS to lead
GRIT WITHOUT GRACE burns people out
BOUNDARIES amplify empathy
DISCOMFORT is a growth signal, not a stop sign
WE DON’T NEED MORE HUSTLE, we need alignment
CONNECTION fuels culture
CLARITY starts with faith
CURIOSITY builds bridges faster than expertise
Real Words from real leaders.
This is where your shift begins.
Whether you’re booking a speaker, bringing in a partner to sharpen your team, or navigating a personal pivot — I’d be honored to walk with you
